The hotel is fairly clean with polite and courteous staff. The location is great, right next to popular spots like the zoo, Lucas Oil Stadium, and other attractions. A variety of food is available at the bar.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn for a week while attending a conference nearby. The location was convenient and easy to travel to, with well-maintained roads. The staff, especially Ms. Hina at the front desk, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the rooms, as well as the great pool area for my 5-year-old.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed long warm showers, a very comfortable bed & cool room, as well as a free breakfast that had both hot & cold foods.

Website said the hotel pool was heated but it was clearly not, it was too cold to dip more than our toes in.

The room had a flat-screen TV with cable, climate control, and a writing desk; the location was great, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The property was conveniently located near downtown, yet far enough away to provide a peaceful atmosphere. The pool area was perfect for my 5-year-old, and we had it all to ourselves. The rooms were clean and quiet, and we had no issues with the staff. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We requested a non-smoking room, but were given a smoking room. The staff claimed that was what we requested, however I had the copy of my reservation which stated otherwise, and they could not accommodate our request as the hotel was completely booked.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Conveniently located near the highway. The staff, especially the room cleaner and front desk, were exceptional. Good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options.

Loved everything about our romantic escape! The hotel was conveniently located near downtown, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was very clean & modern. The hotel was relatively new and clean. I will definitely refer friends & family to this hotel & will stay there again whenever I am in the area.

The value for money at Comfort Inn was excellent - clean rooms and a good breakfast included. The location was perfect, not too far from downtown but still peaceful. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

One small suggestion for the breakfast option would be to provide more variety.
